
Losing weight is easy! WHY? Because we all know exactly what needs to be done in order to see results; healthy eating, exercise, lower stress, etc. However, knowledge without action is worthless! We need to apply everything that we already know and THAT is the hard part.
That is why I created my own action plan to lose weight and get healthy!
The first step of this plan was to create a habit tracker. It’s basically a list of daily habits that I want to adopt. Personally, it’s kind of motivating to have a to-do list and check off everything when it gets done. The healthy habits that I want to adopt include; working out for at least 30 minutes, drinking green smoothie, drinking 3-4 liters of water, using a food journal, meditating for at least 10 minutes, using positive affirmations, taking my vitamins, and drinking some green tea. Those are very basic actions, but we can’t deny that they are very powerful, especially when they are done daily.
Another important action that I want to take daily ( and that I forgot to include in my list! oops) is to read a special love letter that I did for myself. My beautiful friend/coach Stephanie Santeliz (http://www.tatiwellness.com) suggested that I should write a letter to myself and read it everyday! I thought it was a great idea! It is really important to cheer ourselves up the same way we would do it for a friend.
