
Today is Sunday August 27, 2017.
Tomorrow, I will start to use my habit tracker (check previous post) and I’m challenging myself to use it for at least 12 consecutive weeks or until all the habits become a natural part of my routine.
I will also do a 7-day smoothie/raw food cleanse. It means that I will only be drinking green smoothies, fresh fruits and veggies, and maybe some few nuts.
It will definitely help me reset my system and my taste buds.
Please note that this is not a starvation diet or a quick fix. I am not trying to “punish” myself, quite the opposite! I am just trying to give my body a break from all the crappy food that I have been consuming the last weeks or months and help it get rid of toxins.
I’m determined to achieve my goals ! There are 4 months left until we begin a new year… and I REFUSE to start a new year with the same goals again!
