
Like you already probably know, I started a smoothie cleanse last week (28/08/2017), and I am so happy and proud to announce that it was a total success!
I ate lots of fruits, veggies, and drank unlimited amounts of green smoothies! I didn’t feel hungry! Not even once! I felt very satisfied with my meals.
I am so happy to have done this cleanse because now I’m feeling way more energetic, I haven’t had cravings, and I am feeling stronger. I feel a sense of accomplishment and that I truly can do whatever I set my mind to. Overall, I feel REFRESHED! I also feel more calm and happier. What we put into our bodies really makes a difference!
I did feel a bit tired the first two days, and I got a mild headache, but I wouldn’t know if it was a sign of detoxification or if it was caused by having my period that same day. Also, I didn’t do any workout during that week. I just walked a little bit.
Mentally, I got many benefits from this cleanse. Now, let’s see the ‘physical’ results! My start weight was 240.2 Lb.

Today, my weight is 229.8 Lb!!

September 4th, 2017
SAY WHAT!? That is exactly 10.4 Lb in 7 days! I know that most of it is probably water weight, but I am still happy about these results.
Honestly, I don’t want to focus too much on the scale. I know that it is not the most reliable way to measure progress and I also know how discouraging it is when you put in all the work and the scale doesn’t move. However, I will still celebrate every little progress that I make and I will get happy every time that I will see that number decrease.
So now what? I will keep going! I will keep eating healthy, I will continue to use my habit tracker, I will continue to take care of myself and my health, I will continue to work on improving myself in every aspect of my life… I won’t stop! This is only the beginning!
